Fine Polish cuisine. All the flavours of the year

This unique, one-of-a-kind book has been compiled under a special patronage of Poland’s First Lady, Anna Komorowska.

The beautifully illustrated album cookbook features the recipes of Poland’s most celebrated chefs, such as Wojciech Modest Amaro, Karol Okrasa, Paweł Oszczyk, Marek Widomski and Dariusz Struciński. The Masters have composed their showcase menus around the four seasons of the year, using traditional Polish foods and products in new palate-enticing, mouth-watering compositions of tastes and flavours, with some of the recipes coming from the First Lady herself.

Each dish has been exquisitely arranged and photographed in the presidential quarters of the Warsaw Belvedere. The introduction has been penned by Poland’s renowned linguistic authority and a self-declared gourmand, Professor Jerzy Bralczyk.

The English language version, exploring the background of the Polish cuisine has been provided by Jan Łoziński.
